Planning meeting agenda AND TKE contract

can we bottom them out on the agenda for the Thursday meeting planning meeting? I believe that there are three issues that are gonna require some protracted discussion: 

1. Access

2. Elevator

3. Fourth floor HVAC plans

I don’t see us being able to give all three of those ample  discussion time in a two hour. planning meeting. I’m hoping we can get through the first two and at least get a A discussion started on the HVAC for another planning meeting that we should have in the very near future. A lot of planning meetings, I know. But these issues are just too big to not have them.

Regarding the TKE elevator Project., Are we planning on ratifying the contract for our next board meeting? If we are, that’s a very large discussion that needs to happen before next Wednesday. Paul, Diana, and Jerry Jay have done some extensive work here and I think they would need to lead that discussion.

Paul and I have asked Jerry Jay to be at the Planning meeting to discuss finer points of elevator contract.  It would be best if elevator discussion could come second.  Caveat:  This discussion may take some time.  The good news is we are getting close to a final agreement.
