Formal Complaint against occupant of Unit 304 - Dec 15, 2025

At approx 9:30 this morning, screaming was coming up through my study wall.

I went down and knocked on #304 door, she ripped door opened and I told her that her screaming was coming through my floor and interrupting my work

She ran into hallway, put her face inches from min and screamed "I cant get into my fucking building. I live here. Who the fuck are you." I told her I live here too and she is interruping my work. She threw the palm of her hand up to my nose (didnt touch me) and screamed Fuck You. I am a woman/. I live here, I cant get into building. Get the fuck out of here and slammed the door in my face. 

I consider her actions THREATENING and the noise distracting my work.

I think she might be on phone with Kin right now about the access issues when i knocked on door. She was screaming into phone when she opened door.

Very disheartening, very annoying, very distracting, very concerning.

Tim, pls call me at earliest possible convenience.
