Post planning meeting update on your issues

We discussed the first three.... 

1. we will be assigning designated liaisons as requested. Board committee liaisons will be the point communication given the issue. We won't be perfect out of the chute but we are committed to getting better and you and your team can let us know when we go a little off the rails ....
2. Management disbursement - we agree that we can follow by-laws better. That said, we request to be informed in advance on things like tools and equipment purchases where we might be questioning the justification. We know this is about TRUST and by-laws but using the vacuum as an example. We just bought an expensive one last year and it was natural for us to wonder why another. You can use your discretion (we dont have clear guidelines here) but we ask that you understand the spirit of the request. I hope there are few examples....
3. we will be rotating regroup attendees with Hal as the constant. I believe that Hal and Paul will stay constant for the agenda setting meeting.

We'll get to your other issues in subsequent meetings. We only had so much time and a big list to discuss today. BTW - it went really well
