Pls add or edit if I got anything wrong, before we finalize this:

E-Prep:
  • Committee to replace 269 page 'protocols' document with succinct 'one-pagers' for incidents (earthquake, safety issues etc....)
  • There will be no 'licensing' to HOA. The solutions are owned by HOA and will be used/shared as BOD sees fit.
  • Committee will map incidents and protocols to Regroup categories (Severe, Moderate, etc....)
  • Committee will test Regroup alert when 30 users are signed up
  • HOA will review incident and responses and, once approved, delegate E-Prep to implement with further approval
Elevator:
  • Paul will work with Bill Greenland to assure that all bids are addressing same scope
  • Preference for TKE seemed unanimous????? everything else being equal
  • Desire to make GO decisison in April BOD meeting
  • Joe prefers TKE even if bid is slightly higher. Sees opportunity to negotiate down on maintenance once moderinization complete.
4th Floor HVAC:
  • Desire for all 4th floor units to pay for Mechanical and Structural Assessments.
  • Units to pay all Curb and electrical costs in additon ot permits, cranes, roof adjustments/sealing, and cost of HVAC etc....

Joe,

Great job. I would only add one bullet: Committee will review marketing flyers with Hal. Or something like that.

Also, the cost difference appears to be minimal. Count me in for the TKE preference.

If we can be assured that all bids were equal in terms of scope, and if our bylaws allow it, I would be OK with providing my proxy vote for TKE which I understand is lower cost than Centric And taking into Account at centric had to bring in consultants to help with their bid and TKE did not. I’ll talk to Hal about this before I leave.
