Tim, Cindy - can you tell Peter to 1) get all the handrail dust vacuumed up ASAP and 2) accelerate the work? Have heard only this complaint but we are in day 3 now. There is dust on the floor and it’s not acceptable

Thought I should let you know Joe that I think the stuff blowing around the unpainted lobby is a real health hazard & now getting tracked all over because no painting has gone on. If this were my home I wd be moving out!  So i have written to Kin living (below).Not that you personally can do anything to get this done but I thought someone on the board should know this i s an environnental hazard. -anita

Dear Kin Living,

We have been alerted about repainting of rails in lobby for 29th & then  30th, but as far as I can tell there has been no painting activity. I am compelled to call your attention to the filaments of black dust now floating through the lobby from sanding of the railings a week ago. The dust is evident on the floor and is getting tracked from the he lobby into units when people go to get their mail in the evening.  And during the day when wind blows through the front door as residents go in and out, the dust is blowing up in the air & in our lungs. It's toxic stuff. Please advise people to wear masks and urge thar the job be completed. I doubt the EPA wd approve the risks we are taking as an organization that cares about its residents.

At about 9:00 this morning two painters were finishing, and finished while I was there, the cleanup of dust in the Raleigh lobby.
