Bill Greenland Agenda (for. your review and comments)

Folks, we have SO MANY questions. I have arranged this proposed agenda (attached; incorporated your comments, Tim) to keep the meeting on track and to ensure that we walk out of it with a solid understanding of Bill's role, engagment model, etc.... and a healthy discussion begun on contract specifics and an agreement on next steps. If we need more meetings with Bill, so be it. Frankly, I think we will.

I think it is imperative that we tackle this in a controlled fashion, especially during the first hour, and then open it to any specific contract or other questions during the second half. Is there any disagreement?

Agree, and suggest that after Hal opens meeting, he hands it over to you for the first hour.  You are familiar with the agenda questions and your background in contract work is valuable.
