I have read Joe’s email this morning. I agree that we need to seek legal counsel.
I would like to see as many board members as possible included in discussion with attorney. Perhaps a Zoom call? I believe this meets the criteria of a special board meeting per by-laws.
Happy to go with majority opinion.
