Elevator Modernization

I have a meeting scheduled for tomorrow for myself and an engineer from Centric Elevator Company.  Centric, a local company headquartered on Front Street,  was recommended to me by Sturm Elevator, which is too busy to do a modernization job.  Centric will be seeing if The Vaux is a job they can bid on.   

If it is, we will all have to get involved before anybody moves forward.

The meeting with Centric is at 3PM tomorrow, Friday.

Clarifying question: does this change Bill’s role today or just another group to do the work?

At this point, I don't really know where it would go if they are capable and interested.  My thought is that Bill would still oversee the project, but this is just a first look meeting.  Everybody, especially the Board, Bill and Tim would have to get deeply involved if we think they are a real alternative.
