Composting and plastic recycling....

I know we have a lot on our plate... 

I was in a rather protracted conversation with Joy Manesiotis regarding EV Charging..... that morphed into  a conversation around composting and plastic recycling. Per Joy, many condos have these services and we wouldn't have to 'reinvent the wheel'. 

I know we are almost through the 2026 fiscal budgeting process, but I think these additional services are needed and consistent with what we are trying to do in the EV charging space: reduce our 'footprint' on carbon emissions in the atmosphere and promote recycling with services that make it each for our residents to support.

FYI: I'm throwing this out there to get a conversation going. I think we could find some volunteers to help us identify solutions that we might able to copy.

Not sure what next steps are but copying a few people on this to see if they are interested in helping.

This is a topic that has been extensively researched by Cindy, Darlene, and, to a certain extent myself.  I know that a facility close by offered us  a great deal of information. Perhaps, the starting point might be checking with Cindy and Darlene.

 As I recall, the idea of amping up to a more earth friendly policy was met with some resistance.
