Planning Meeting - Priorities

What are we going to plan? I suggest that each of us list 2-5 priority topics for the Board to focus on between now and August as a starting point.

My top priorities (ranked) are:

1. elevator replacement project - move ahead to ensure that the project progresses with ample communication to owners and as little disruption as possible
2. security administration (Alta Open & ButterflyMX) - establish a sustainable admin process with an administrator and supporting documentation
3. security audit - audit keys, fobs, parking stickers, Alta Open & ButterflyMX access to ensure only current owners & residents have access
4. disaster preparation - move ahead with a "phase 1" roll-out of the overall, end-point vision presented by the EP committee.

That's all for now. Perhaps I will think of a fifth at a later date.
