We have what we need to organize a meeting with Kathleen Smith.

Quick update:
  • RDH entered the changes to the database that resulted from the August meeting.
  • Kathleen ran three funding scenarios; I ran six additional ones.
  • I condensed the results into a one-page summary.
  • The Finance Committee met, discussed the options, and unanimously agreed to recommend the preferred option.
Kathleen indicated that she would like to be with us for the decision meeting. Would you like me to ask her to identify meeting day/time options for a 1-hour meeting and then query Board members for availability?

Paul,

I will be happy to meet and share our thoughts & recommendation. However, the three of us shouldn't meet together.

If Joe and I meet at 1:00, you and I could meet at 2:00. Same place ... McM's. Does that work for you?
