Thoughts on tomorrow's Planning Meeting

Just my thioughts If you disagree, so be it. We have big issues (with long terrm impacts to The Vaux) to discuss in a short amount of time. It is essential for us to have a disciplined conversation to maximize the effectiveness and quality of the discussions and outcomes

.

Let's shoot for two hours give or take a few to open and close, 

Remember this is not a decision making meeting.

Do we need ARC or BMC representation in this meeting given proposed agenda below (assuming you agree)?

Agenda:

1. Elevator:1:05-2:20

• Goal - Identification of issues that will need to be addressed before we can approve signing the Centric contract at August BOD meeting.
• Process - Diana and Paul to lead the discussion. All directors expected to have read the contract and have a list of any concerns (categorized as Major, Medium, Minor with the Major concerns being the only ones that MUST be resolved before board meeting to vote). Joe, as secretary, will capture the concerns.

       2. Break:  2:20 -2:25

• Insurance Liabilility re Unit 232 Water Leak: 2:25 - 3:00

• Goal - Robust discussion on by-laws, legal advice to get us to a point that we can vote on this at August BOD meeting
• Process: Review all relevant governing documents on the matter, map them to Atty Grosz input and discuss. Hal or Tim (I think the best candidates here), can either or both of. you prepare a page or two summary of both and either send out in advance or print (copies for all) and bring ins?

       3. Discuss logistics (time and place) for NEXT Planning Session (EV Charging a MUST at this meeting)
