I plan to deliver a Finance Committee report for November during the committee reports section.

I also plan to deliver a 2026 budget presentation during the old business section.

If necessary, I will move to revise the agenda to include the Finance Committee report.

Hi, Tim — unless this seems impossible to you, I would like to consolidate all your financial stuff into the financial discussion around the reserve study & budget discussion with no committee report.   But, of course . . . if you insist . . .  —Hal

It's more about content. The monthly report focuses on where we are in 2025 - a look back. The budget presentation focuses on where we are going - a look ahead. Two distinct messages. The report will be short. The presentation will be longer. I prefer to keep them separate.

I am not clear why the reserve study is on the agenda. I know of nothing that needs discussion or action. The RDH report was delivered to us in October. The funding for 2026 is included in the budget presentation & approval.

Thank you,

Tim

Okay, but we’ve got a long session lined up, so please be brief. I believe the owners will be focused on costs to come, and not particularly on last month.  — Hal
