Cindy,

Not sure if you were still in the meeting but we discussed tracking and storing big ticket inventory (ex exhaust fans). We thought that this might be a sustaining activity for the BMC. 

The ask would be to:

1. identify what the Vaux should inventory
2. recommend how much of said inventory should be kept
3. recommend a safe storage space (Savier Cart room?) for said inventory
4. track the inventory (in and out)
