New HVAC system Thomas Hellie (4th floor Raleigh Bldg)

Bumped into Tom on street. He is planning on replacing his system and informed me:

• it's expensive. the system itself is ~ $25K (something to do with 4th floor systems being all in one, other floors they are separate and can be replaced separately)
• a lot of permits required and they too will be expensive
• street will have to be closed for the crane to lift the system on the roof.

I told Tom to contact Tim and to bring this up for his 2 minutes in an upcoming Board meeting. Want to make sure that 1) we know what's coming and 2) if others are considering doing this and they do while Tom is doing his that they can get a volume discount of the system and share the permit/crane costs etc.....
