Cindy H has prepared a summary of options, costs (where available) and pros & cons.

I have asked her to send this summary out one week before the meeting (so around Feb 9th).

We ask that you read the summary in full BEFORE THE PLANNING MEETING  so the productivity is not diminished by you seeing things for the first time.

I know that some of you don't like powerpoints etc.... but there is a lot of information and the preso is short and sweet.

I will be out through the 12th, so I send this as a heads up for you all to look for it and read it before the 16th
