Formal complaint against Spooner of unit 304

This is a formal complaint. I am being harassed by the unit owner of 304, Ms. Spooner. She approached me aggressively while yelling homophobic slurs at me in the lobby last night. She was smoking and drinking in the lobby, but I believe that complaint was already filed by someone else about her smoking. She has been aggressively approaching other people. I was called by a unit owner last night who was scared and didn’t know what to do because Spooner aggressively approached her yelled at her. I don’t know how she got to know my name but she knows my name. She called my phone from the entry system this morning at 6 o’clock, waking me up. She was shouting at me on the entry system about having about me having a heart attack a heart attack or something like that, but the real harassment was an unwarranted phone call from the entry system to wake me up.
The unit owner, she was harassing last night, called the police Out of fear. Ofcr Jackson from the Portland Police Department came and told us that there was nothing he could really do. She actually pushed me, but I don’t have that on camera.
The woman’s brother came and had a conversation with the police officer, where the police officer learned that the woman Had serious mental issues and that he didn’t want anything to do with her
