monitoring vault

is there something that you think should be monitored when having a vault in production?

Metrics or something?

Hi Thomas,

what kind of metrics you should monitor depends mostly on your infrastructure.

Some metrics, such as the seal status and the status of your vault nodes in a cluster, are important because they can be an indicator of problems that may occur soon.

Hi, like said depends on your configuration but some metrics are really important ( audit log status for exemple ). 

I have tested prometheus with statsd_exporter and it works really well !
