Creating Vault OTP for Windows RDP

Is there a way I can use HarshiCorp Vault to create a OTP for a new user to login to a Remote Windows machine via RDP and use the OTP to login. 

Does Vault already support Windows RDP login with OTP? If yes what should I do on the server and how can I create a new OTP for each user to access the machine?

Vault does not have such a feature.
