FS Flight Keeper 3.0 Download link

A number of people have approached me recently asking about FS Flight
keeper 3.0. The problem is that there appears to be that there appears
to be no source for the version 3.00 (the official release is 3.01).
Version 3.00 works very well so 3.01 is required by only those who
have problems with 3.00. After some digging up, I found that here is a
way to get FS Flight Keeper 3.0 direct from Aerosoft website (they
updated the links on their website but left the file in place :)) ):

NavData Utility to make a local copy of the scenery database:

Tested with PIREP submission and other online activity, no problem
occurred.
