Destination: St. Maarten!

Hi guys
My exams are finally over, and am all set to take off!
Here's my suggestion for the next flight: Lets fly in to the famous Princess juliana airport, St. Maarten. Sample this approach at the airport:

That's one of the lowedt i've ever scene, almost hits the fence!

Depart- TJSJ
Arrive- TNCM
Route-  TJSJ RTE6 STT B520 TNCM
Distance-  about 165 nm (about 45 mins from chokes off to chokes on, let me know if this is too short)

TNCM, does not have an ILS,  so i have attached the VOR app chart for rwy 10

And, can we fly this time on Saturday at 1400z?
