ideal for guys/ girls who don’t want to sign a one year lease. Our
current lease is till May 2010. You can renew it further if you like.
The apartment is well maintained. The Laundry room is right below and
the apartment also has a separate storage room provided at the first
floor.

1. Best location – It is in the Graduate and Professional area,
next to Food Lion and the Bus Stop is right down stairs with 3 bus
lines (TCA, TCB and Patrick Henry).The apartment is right above the
leasing office.

2. The masterbedroom and smaller bedroom are very spacious and the
den can be used as a third bedroom.

3. Apartment has a dishwasher and walk out patio.

4. Water, heat, hot water and trash removal are included in rent.

5. Rent for the entire apartment is $850. Electricity is very
nominal as heat is included in the rent.

6. Quiet and a peaceful area with the Gym and pool close by.

7. Available to move in immediately.
