How does one determine corners for vastu or vaastu purposes in a home?
Our home has N, E, W, S corners, but no NE or SE or SW or NW corners.
So if someone recommends us to do something according to vaastu or
fengshui in those corners, what can one exactly do about it?

Hi Aakash
Usually by a magnetic compass. :) If in your home the compass points N towards a corner that means the corners are just that way. Then the area in between N and E corners is your NE corner ....... if someone is advising you then you should make then aware of the way your home is built.
A corner does not literally mean "corner" It is the way a home is divided into parts.
