cleaning of the freezers

Dear All,
As you know that the freezers are over flowing with frost and most of us are unable to remove our boxes from it .
I request all of you to be preset for its cleaning on saturday 25 th of August before the lab meeting at 11 am.
All of you be present in the cleaning , else your stuffs will not be looked into.
Please arrange you work accordingly. Excuses will not be entertained.
