Defrosting the -80 / 415 fridge

Dear All,
As we have done the cleaning of - 20 'c today , we also need to defrost the -80'c and the 415 fridge .
As it becomes difficult for many of you to turn up on Saturday , I am scheduling the cleaning on Thursday 11 am .
Please come, move the stuffs and clean the frost at 11 am in the morning, then we will leave the -80 to defrost through out the day. In the eve say about 5-6 pm once the temp is reached you can move the stuff back into your respective allotted space.
As there is a lot of chaos in the - 80' c freezer. I will arrange one rack for each group , As we have done for the -20'c freezer.
Each group will be given one rack please use only those specific racks to keep the stuff of your group.
Your cooperation and rescheduling your work to do the common lab work will be highly appreciated .

Why should people find it difficult to come on Saturday to perform some of the common Lab responsibilities??? I fail to understand this?
This is heights!!! I think in future if people do not contribute to common lab chores, I need to be told and I will take punitive actions....

Dear mam,
Please no offense taken (should have rephrased the word difficult to inconvenient ). Just wanted to get a convenient timing so that all of them are present and coordinate the work together .
