Dear sir,
                We used only 5ul of 50mM EDTA and we bought everything from you only.And also we tried different volumes with different hands ,what you have mentioned below in your mail.
 Note: we asking for replacement for almost year .we never seen this much of poor response from any of the company. So do need full as soon as possible or otherwise you will lose your customer

Please refer the below reply from Fermentas:

 

“Thank you for updated information regarding lot number.

According to the filled in troubleshooting form, 5ul of 25mM EDTA was added in to 50ul of total reaction mixture volume for inactivation of enzyme. We recommend adding 10ul of 25mM EDTA in to 50ul of total reaction volume. Currently concentration of EDTA, provided along with EN0521 DNase is 50mM. If the customer used 50mM EDTA solution than 5ul of this solution is enougth to add to 50ul of reaction mixture. Could you please ask the customer to clarify of what concentration EDTA was used and how much of this solution was added in to reaction mixture.

 

We will re-check quality of EN0521 DNase I of complained lot 00091936 and inform you about results as soon as they will be ready.”
