Zoom in/out feature and grid option?

I have trouble with zooming in / out the 2nd structure, can We have grid option so That I can rotate / move base parings or more loops nicely

As I try to draw my structure by Varna, I need to rearrange the base paring parallel to each other but I found it's hard to actually align them. 

Another thing, I think the newest version tried to make each nucleotides distributed equally in the loop but I found it became not equally round anymore (attached picture). Do you have any trick that maintain the round loop like before even though the nucleotide will be tight to each other a little bit?
