PHP Codeigniter+Twig CMS needs some functions to be built

Hello :)

we are running a facebook shop with multiple pages and multiple sales agents.

Our CMS is built on Code-igniter and Twig.

We need the following features to be added to the CMS. 

All project are more complicated than described. Full project description will be given when we choose the right coder for us :)

Further development will be needed upon completion.

Looking for a disciplined and responsible PHP coder who can pick up and finalise projects within Deadlines.

PHP<->MongoDB interface - I think the PHP and Node can communicate via MongoDB

Connecting FB chat id to Order Id => show chat link in the order field

Alert agents for a new message from their customer + link (the agent done the last order for the cust)

Visualize Page-based statistics from PHP and Node.js

Build Statistics for: Conversations per day->year, Convertion ratio to order, Successful delivery%, Average Basket Size

Rules for work for agents to agree on

Agents test system - 1 question per day, multiple correct answers possible?

Statisctics for answering the messages - which agent which question, what answer, how much time it took them

Create replacement order function - a button, which creates a replacement, mark the old order - grey.

Split order for when the customer returns part of an order - 1O = 2Orders (one successful and one returned order)

Stats + how many return/exchange orders an agent has. + how many unpaid for parcels (EUR amount of each for each agent & page)

Rapido sync to get tracking ID and parcel status

Album uploader and updater - have 1 album in each page, where we upload new products as they come

System -> Create order -> Discount Percentage - > Doesn not show in the orders List as a discount
