Location : Lincolnshire, IL Onsite
Position Description:
Adobe AEM Developer: We are looking to employ a passionate, and enthusiastic candidate into our team. You are working directly with customers and prospects to match business problems to technology, providing technical skills on the ground with customers and alongside partners as well as evangelizing the value of AEM technologies. Work closely with clients, developers, system administrators and BAs to build solutions and Translate business requirements into technical details Advise and mentor development groups Deliver requirements for integrated solutions across various IT disciplines Responsibility for creation and following day to day architecture plan Lead the implementation team (technical consultant to do the work)Resolve user-identified functional and technical issues relating to Adobe AEM Requirement analysis, conceptual, logical and detailed design skills Configuration planning, testing, change management knowledge and experiences Strong collaboration and team leading skills Experience with software design patterns is advantageous Agile Development Methodology experience is advantageous Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Role & Responsibilities

Strong collaboration and team leading skills Experience with software design patterns is advantageous Agile Development Methodology experience is advantageous.
• Experience of creating OSGI bundle, CQ Components, Workflow
• Java/J2EE skills and OOPS with proficiency design patterns
• Good understanding and work experience of Java Frameworks (like Struts, Spring etc.)
• Knowledge of CRX and Apache Sling
• Should be knowing UML diagrams (Use case, Class, Sequence, Activity, Deployment)
• Should have experience in designing modules and components
• Exposure to one or more end to end implementation on AEM
• Knowledge of various AEM components like Tagging, Translation, Search etc.
• Experience of Migrating content from one legacy system to AEM
• Web service implementation experience
• SEO optimization
• Understanding of various Adobe cloud services which can be integrated with AEM
• AEM platform upgrade experience from 6.3 to 6.4 or 6.5 (is good to have)
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
