As a Technical Recruiter – North American Markets you will be responsible to identify and deliver resources to VARITE’s Fortune 100 direct clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in delivering technical resources around Networking, Telecommunication, Development Test, Product Testing, Embedded Systems, Cloud Computing, Software as a Service (SaaS), Product Development and Software Development.
• Inherent knowledge of US/Canadian based tax terms including W-2, 1099, Corp to Corp, T-4, Per Diems etc.
• Strong sales attitude to successfully deliver resources to meet revenue targets.
• Good understanding of core engineering and IT roles, and technologies in a corporate world to intelligently understand the client needs
• Ability to use advanced search techniques, including social networking, professional networking sites, and Google string searches.
• Understanding and experience with permanent and contract IT staffing.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to impress top talent.
• An out-of-the-box thinking capabilities to strategize and couple it with hands on execution abilities to search for niche technical skills.
• A technical degree or diploma is required for this position: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, IT), BCA/MCA.
