Key Requirements

10+ years of overall experience in IT/Tech roles

RIM exp required

Minimum 4-5 years working on Veeva products

Veeva Certification is a must

Strong communication skills

Solid hands-on experience in development and enhancement work under L2/L3 support

Deep expertise in Veeva Applications – QMS, QDOCS, RIMS

Ensure Veeva solutions comply with regulatory standards such as FDA, GCP, GxP

Ability to create and maintain technical documentation (architecture, design, configs)
