New to RETS Server

SO I am new to RETS SERVER and am setting this up for a small groups of Agencies..

Qusetion 1. Is there a way to load all the metadata at one time? Or do you have to load each field on at a time?

2.  Once the metadata is loaded does it create the data base?

Using the GUI, yes. But, that just aggregates everything into an XML file and you can go hack that with your favorite tool if you want.
 

2.  Once the metadata is loaded does it create the data base?

No, you create/manage the database separately from Variman.
