Variman not adding users or groups

I am new to Variman and am trying to add a user.  When I add the information (First, Last, Username, Password, Agent Code, Broker Code) and click the "add user", nothing happens. Same with groups.

 

Any suggestions?

Never mind it was in the directions. Database -> Initialize.
