ReplyCode=20513 - Miscellaneous Error

My RETS access has recently begun issuing error 20513 whenever I do a "Search" operation. I'm waiting for them to get back to me, but is there a subset of possible causes for this miscellaneous error?

Note that this specific error code is not in the RETS 1.7.2 (or 1.8) documentation. The closest listed code is 20514.

20513 is valid on a metadata search and is listed in the consolidated list of error codes. At some point (since Variman predates 1.7 and the length of my memory lately) we must have decided that the fact 20513 didn't appear in the other transactions is a "bug" in the spec and have used it, as a Miscellanous error is useful throughout all of them.

For this error there isn't really going to be a common list of causes. This is an error code of last resort. If an exception has bubbled all the way up to the master RetsServlet and hasn't been handled, you'll get the 20513. Without looking at the server logs, its could be almost anything.
