My RETS provider claims to be running Variman version 3.2.4, but the latest version available at the Google Code repo is 3.2.3.

Server: Apache-Coyote/1.1
RETS-Version: RETS/1.7.2
RETS-Server: Variman/3.2.4

Is there something that I'm missing? Development around Variman seems to be very quiet.

Subversion trunk is labeled as 3.2.4-SNAPSHOT, so someone might be running a private branch off that.

Variman development is no longer subsidized by NAR, so not much has happened since that concluded. Mark Klein and I keep on eye on the list, but its no longer my daily gig, and Mark was a contractor. (As I like to point out, because Mark is awesome, he can be hired to do development if people want to take it in a certain direction.)

They are probably running a server built from the SVN source (which builds as 3.2.4-SNAPSHOT).

And these days I'm doing something entirely out of Real Estate, so
while I too keep an eye on things, it is also not my primary focus.
But remember, this is open source and if anyone wants to contribute
patches, Keith or I will be happy to apply them. Once you've shown
you understand it enough to not break it for other users, we'll make
you a committer.

I'll consider a contract basis as well as Keith pointed out, though
having just been stiffed again (what is it with web developers in this
business?), my terms are going to be very difficult.
