You're welcome.

That said, I should probably add: I'm no longer on contract to NAR to
support libRETS and Variman and have taken a project outside of the
Real Estate industry. To my knowledge, they currently have no plans
for funding the development or support of either and since my current
project does not need RETS, I won't be as focused on it.

So, at this point, I have no plans for any major enhancements to
either. I encourage the community to step up and get involved. I'll be
happy to co-ordinate patches and make sure things don't break for the
foreseeable future. But at some point, I may need to stand down and
let someone else be the primary shepherd.
