That is true ! I believe it do to HIPPA -you cant "prove" you created the doc , thus ownership ,so it is protected by limiting outbound fax. Our MD still dictates thus doc not created in ARIA -We are able to to copy and paste the dictation in a word doc into ARIA which enables these doc to be fax out .

Faxing Scanned in Docs

Jeff Garrett <phys...@bellsouth.net>: Mar 09 10:27AM -0700 We have the outbound fax service in Aria. But it seems we are unable to fax any documents that were scanned into Aria. Is this true for everyone or do we not have a setting correct?   Thanks.
