unable to print physician orders

Dear list,

After a recent upgrade from Aria 13.6 to Aria 15.5 we are unable to print / save to pdf physician orders and drug orders.  Except for the varianinstaller account.  Varian and our IT have been stumped for a while now.  We are using a Citrix environment.

Has anyone else encountered this or can you recommend any possible solutions?  The current work around is for 1 person to have access to the varianinstaller account, and all order printing has to go through that person.  Not an efficient use of anyone's time.  

The workflow is - upon selecting an order in the Physician Orders workspace and clicking the Print button, the following message pops up (shown as text and image below):
