My clinic just upgraded to Aria 13 and added Citrix. Now I am a bit stuck defining a pdf print template in Eclipse that will work for all users across Citrix. Any one have this working and willing to share? I feel like I need to reference the printer using a tsclient in my print template, but that's just a hunch at this point

For those still interested, I finally hit on a solution. We had a PDF printer (PDFCreator in our case) pushed out to the local PCs that would be printing. I then edited the print template xml file on \va_data$\filedata\ProgramData\Vision\Templates\printing. On each item's Printer name line, I input the name as the the printer name with no PC path. So for PDFCreator, the line is
<PrinterName>PDFCreator</PrinterName>
That did the trick for my clinic, now we can all print using the one template from local stations or Citrix stations.
