Notifications in Aria

Does Aria have the ability to send an email or text message to an individual when a certain event happens say a patient is checked in? We would like to be able to automatically notify the Navigator when a patient arrives for his/her consult appointment so she can visit with the patient. Currently, this is all manual i.e. RO nurse or simulator or other therapist texts or calls the Navigator. Sometimes this happens, sometimes it doesn’t - hey are busy too. However, it would be nice if Aria could send out a text message or email upon checkin.
