The realization that I understood the values and vision of the organization for which I worked, but was not fully in touch with my own personal values and vision, was the catalyst for creating the Heart Compass Program. Knowing who you are at your core is your internal GPS. It not only provides direction for yourself, but ultimately for your organization.
I have launched this group with eight committed leaders who are the foundation for what promises to be an incredible journey. I am grateful to my friends and colleagues who have trusted and supported me through this process with their referrals and am now looking beyond those nearest concentric circles to round out the group.

When our intention is to live with nobility, respect and compassion, and we act from these intentions, skillful karma is produced. When our motivation is rooted in anger, unworthiness, grasping, self-judgment, fear, and depression, and we act from these intentions, painful karma is produced.
Our daily lives can be plagued with pride, insecurity, self-hatred, addictions or fear. Wounds from the past can cling to us, no matter how hard we try to move on. We can become trapped in the same endless cycles, not knowing the way out.
Jesus is the way out. He gives us the promise of freedom, through a relationship with Him, and He begins with our hearts. He helps us to understand what lies within us and, through the truth of His Word, enables us to position our hearts to be cleansed, renewed and transformed.
Angela is married to Brad and they lead the multi-site Oxygen Life Church in Gqeberha. They have three children, Seth, Demi and Levi, who love to advance the kingdom with them. It is a voyage into my authentic Heart Space where I ponder questions and let them answer themselves. Being in the flow of Heart Space is about being present, connecting with your inner being an creating from that space.

Upon receipt of the order, you will receive an order confirmation and a FoundRae team member will reach out within 1-2 business days with order updates or a tracking number. Lead-times vary by item type. We do have limited inventory in our store but generally keep stock of all core medallion and chain options. If the piece is in stock we can ship immediately, but if we do not have inventory, each piece is individually made and requires a 4-6 week shipping window.
You can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of receipt of shipping window notice. If we do not receive a notice of cancellation within 24 hours, we will go forward with production and the return policy will apply.
We offer same day delivery via messenger service for orders located in New York City ONLY for a $20 flat rate. For same day messenger delivery, orders should be placed before 4:30 pm in order to receive the same day. All messenger orders after 4:30 pm will be delivered the next day.
International orders are shipped by either DHL or FedEx insured air at $75 flat rate (shipping service dependent on the shipping country). FedEx considers all U.S territories as international shipments (i.e Puerto Rico, Guam). All shipments and duties for both DHL and FedEx (if applicable) are subject to payment in full by customer.

I got a problem today morning with my apple watch. After I finished workouts in the morning I saw steps, calories burnt are still zero. Then I got to know that the compass is not working and the same for the heart rate monitor. I haven't encountered such a problem before. It has been around 4 months after purchase.
Your REPLYS to the Wisdom Collection articles are most often motivating. And those replys that are negative and critical of the wisdom writings allow me to view yet another aspect. Thanks to all, both positive and negative.
Every day I find myself able to pull myself through with readings such as these, meditation, yoga and reminding myself not to be judging and to keep my heart open.. At age 65 and the day after my 47 year marriage ended this article was again enough to pull me through and keep me going with an open heart. I have found through my life that willingness to continue to love, empathy, and non-judging becomes easier and easier as trouble arises. It comes after the purposeful practice over time. So many problems in this world would dissolve if we were all able to have this opportunity.
