• 10+ years of experience in designing large scale server-side enterprise applications using Java/ Open Source/ Big Data and Oracle/Sybase Database.
  
• Strong Technical and Analytical skills with hands-on development experience.
  
• Financial domain background.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Strong initiative and sense of ownership.
  
• Strong desire to learn new technologies.
  
• Ability to work in an onshore/offshore based development model.
  
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
