Request for Assistance w/ Yr 11 Philosophy

Hi all

Apologies for the email, but I have been having a bit of difficulty with teaching Yr 11 Philosophy this year.

• For context, I taught Year 12 Philosophy for the first time in 2024, after having previously team-taught Yr 10 Philosophy during my initial student placements. Besides that, I have mainly taught English and Humanities (Politics and Legal Studies).

Whilst teaching Yr 12 last year, the previous teachers (who have moved schools) had left comprehensive resources to draw on, which meant I felt mostly comfortable teaching the Yr 12 class. Unfortunately, for Yr 11 - especially with the new Study Design - this is not the case, and I am finding I have a lack of relevant resources, previous SACs to draw from, primary texts, etc.

As such, I am asking for any assistance, resources, mentoring, etc. with teaching the Unit 1 & 2 Curriculum. In particular, I was hoping if anyone could send through some sample SACs for Units 1 & 2, to help me continue developing and organising my own SACs.

Any help would be much appreciated.
