Hello recruitment!

Here are a few things to think about for this week up until the conference begins on Friday:

In these last few days recruit like you’ve never recruited before. If you have not already, give the attached cards to individuals who are coming and ask them to try and bring their friends. Collect them back and do group registration by mid-week.
Please try to register by Wednesday so we have some time to finalize the housing situation. It isn’t going to be a problem but it might be a bit cramped if everyone registers at the last minute. We will have a housing table at sign in and you’ll be able to map out the housing that’s available.

If you have friends in Blacksburg, call them up and see if you can stay in their place.
If you have camping gear (or can rent it), we’ll likely to have 5 acres of space available.
Each Recruitment Coordinator (or other chosen facilitator) is going to be the point person for housing for their school. Therefore if someone has a housing issue they’ll contact you and you can contact Jessica Folmar at housing as needed (fol...@vt.edu 540.421.9151)

Come in by Friday; we have a lot of exciting things going on that night and you don’t want to miss it! It’ll also be easier for you to sign in on Friday, as we’re getting started right away on Saturday.
If anyone that has registered is good with media we highly encourage the utilization of video documentation!
Please, if you can, bring a poster board for your school organization (any other organization has to donate $100) for the sustainability fair that we will be having on Saturday

This is down to the wire but I’m confident in all of you. Let’s do this one last push then we’re going to celebrate like mad this weekend. If you have any concerns, please contact me.
