Good afternoon Mme President,

I only asked for some more time to get a meeting with the PCC members for a better compiling of the projects. My action in this regard means that I value my team's views and opinion which obviously does not seem to sound right in your case. I am the chairperson of a team and I don't decide anything without at least having the majority on my side which does not happen as we all agree on any decision taken during our meetings. We needed more time to meet and act as you instructed us to.

So when you said that the PDG has indicated his intention to have these projects by this evening, we wanted to have more time to properly compile the projects submission. So  rest assured that all we did was to ask for an extended dateline for the PCC to submit its projects proposal to the PDG because it was not possible for the PCC and the President to agree on anything. Because all that matters is your decision but you would never value the PCC's opinions/actions (or any other committee's).

Mme President, should my request for time extension was a crime, I will be delighted to have an explanation and my sincere apology for you that have been hurt by my action on behalf of the Committee that I chair on your request. Pointing finger on me for your leadership failure during a whole year term is definitely not wise at all. Rest assure I do not want your position at all, I am good where I am.

However, as you have done it already what you asked us to do last night, good on you, you can take care of it as you wish because you judged that we the PCC are not capable. Thank God you woke up at last to take up your responsibility as the responsible of this year's inactivity. After all, you are the President and the system you are asking us to follow is yours. At least, the Projects would be gone and we will at last have some answers since you told us a number of times that we had some positive answers from potential donors but to date we had no sign of any. The only one that had been submitted was something to do with Laptops (x2), I guess. And the ones that Alma scanned were supposed to be gone but then following some unknown reasons they never reached their destination as per the PDG statement lately. Blame the incapacity, dictatorship and lies in this regard. Please do not use me as your scapegoat. There are five different component of the Rotary field of activities. You stick on the one that exist, Projects, but where have gone the other four?

Mme President, who will you full this time around?  Aren't you tired of hurting people in your schemes? May God the Father teach you  as you deserve for your unnecessary ill-feelings towards me personally.
