Hi there Lily,

Thanks for cheering things up out here.. I have my report which I will deliver to all upon our meeting date. There's quite a big job to be done in order to finalise things around for the projects received, especially the quotation is what I want and the total value for the requested project. What I need now is a good cooperation and company from the team elected to handle the projects issues.
I am quite busy at the moment with month-end finance report for my boss but will eventually update and deliver the report on what I have for the projects received and held on file.
