Treasurer mi wantem luk, evri manis report blong mane,we i stap contribute from ol members since yu holem wok kasem tedei,wetem report blong ol expenses.

Hi and thank you for your email. But I am completely confused here.  So my comments tonight were abusive to anyone?. what did I really say that offended anyone apart from me putting forward the need for us to discuss and come up with the Bank account arrangements.  I di give my views about the accounts opening and the account signatories.  So please get it out clear. I do not like to be blame for something that I did not really do and  as the President you did ask for our views and I have given mine based on what I know as the best practices  about setting up the bank matrix signatories.

I did not take part in the discussions about the two other two signatories we appointed tonight.

Anyway if you think I am not fitting into the club as per your expectations then just come out clearly and let me know.  

I cannot be blamed for what is not working out within the club and I am sorry to see this coming out this way.

At the end of the day we are all grown up trying to work together.  Therefore I kindly ask you  President or anyone to tell me what I have done wrong so I can understand the accusations. At the moment it just surprises me and I do not think it is  fair for the accusations to be on me based on assumptions.

Please note that asking questions is not wrong as we need to find answers and learn to move forward and if we do not understand anything then the role of the executive and above all the President is to explain un answered questions.  For me this is what is expected of us and is normal.

Thank you President for your understanding and to please clearly specify my faults tonight for me to understand. As it stands I do not understand why you have come out naming me along with the others. For me the normal protocol of discipline if needed is for the President to sit down with each members whom you believe are trouble makers and have a face to face discussions. However I guess your mail tonight is to warn all about such attitudes.  However you did make mentioned of working together in the meeting already and again I am more surprise to see your mail in this form.

I have no hard feelings against anyone and I am just lost at this.

It is not fair and I would not tolerate my name to twisted in anyways.   So please President I ask you again to clarify your statements.  You know all our numbers and I am expecting a call to clarify the matter.

Anyway I do apologies to any members if I have cause any ill feelings towards anyone tonight.

Thank you both for your emails received.

My big apology here to everyone..I think I have not made myself clear enough last night on my comments in regards to getting the Project Coordinator on board to sign only on the investment account. What I meant was umi save choosem two other signatories to come on board to sign on both accounts that is the savings and investment bank accounts. Hemia nao wanem me meanim lo comments blo me last nite... hemia hemi think think blo me nomo we me talem but hemi no wrong blo umi choosem different signatories to sign on two separate accounts. Me sori tumas I think explanation blo me hemi no been clear last nite. Otherwise I do not hold anything whatsoever against aunty Olga or anyone else in the club as per mentioned by Mrs President's email to hold characters on jealousy, hatred, selfish, brightness, etc.... For your information, last nite straight after the close of our meeting, I walked straight to aunty Olga and apologized to her in a way I take it as aunty Olga was not happy after my comments. I would like to extend my apology to anyone else who may feel that I have offended you by any means of any above mentioned characters...

Sori Mrs President me no clear tumas and totally confuse lo email blo u. Taem umi sharem  ideas hemi meanim seh anyone ikat any think think whether i kud or ino kud olsem wanem bae hemi bringim up lo floor blo umi discuss lo hem. Now me biliv seh sharing blo information olsem ia hemi kud blo discuss from at the end of the page bae umi mas settle and agree on one thing to go forward.
