The Rotary Club of the Vanuatu Grassroots Post Office Box Number

Patricia/Lily and all,

How is everyone going today.  Another small achievements for the Club.

This note serves to advice that The Rotary Club of the Vanuatu Grassroots (TRCVG) now has its own Post Office Box number is: P.O. Box 3018, PORT VILA, Vanuatu.

This is the new Postal address that Rotary has for all its communications.

Please all take note and especially the Secretary for future communications.

By the way can Patricia confirm if we now have the TRCVG has its letterhead and stamp.  I think it is important that we have all these properly set up.  If not then next week we will do all these.   Note that I have used the cash collected from the Monday meeting to pay for the Post Office Box rental which is Vatu 1440 and the balance of the cash from the collection is now banked with NBV.

Therefore if we decide on the Letterheads and the Club Stamp then next week we will have to do this from the collections from next monday.

On another matter, who is managing our contacts on the emails.  There are some members who have recently joined and needed to have all these update.

Can Ephraim and Charlie please do that. Meaning that Patricia you need to provide the updated listing to these two IT people to update our group contacts. I have now copied Edwidge but I did not make a copy to Alma.  Edwidge please forward this mail to Alma too.
