High Sierra

Hi folks,

The High Sierra Regatta is coming up on July 13th and 14th, at Huntington Lake up in the mountains east of Fresno.  

This is one of my favorite events every year, and I might even be able to sail it this year!  It's a large regatta with a lot of different classes of boats, but the V15s will have our own start and only race against each other.  Courses are long, with just two or three races each day.  The stars at night are spectacular.  I have a bunch of campsites reserved.

Alright, we're now at 7 boats signed up for High Sierra, and I think a few more people are potentially interested.  It's shaping up to be a really fun weekend.  Let's see if we can get to double digits.

If you are coming but don't already have a plan for transporting your boat, let me know.  We can see about finding a triple trailer.  We have not done that yet but I think there's at least one available.
