Kevin K. KumarMD/PhD CandidateVanderbilt University School of MedicineMedical Scientist Training ProgramHey everyone,--I found this and wanted to share because it is AMAZING.This will show you all the tricks you'll need when writing your dissertation so you don't have to fight with Word for 173894723498574389 hours. Not sure if you already know this, but I would recommend writing your papers/grants/any word docs using the styles and automatic heading/subheading structures in Word and the automatic insert captions. This made it EXTREMELY easy to transfer it into a dissertation because I could copy and paste it into the dissertation from the paper draft and Word would automatically update the Table of Figures/Tables, and the caption numbers. This pdf is so well done and it has saved me a ton of time.Hope it helps!Mary Ellen Koran
